On November 27th, 2018, the new Bahrain Human Development Report 2018 was launched, a joint effort by the Bahrain Centre for Strategic, International and Energy (DERASAT), and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Bahrain. The event took place at the Four Seasons Hotel, and was attended by national Government authorities, diplomatic corps, international organizations, and other partners.
The Sustainable Energy Unit (SEU) in cooperation with the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) with support of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invite companies with CR in Electrical Installation/Solar to nominate one person to participate in the third batch of the 5-day intensive training course on “Installing Solar PV systems in the Kingdom of Bahrain” from 12 to 18 November 2018.
Under the patronage of H.E. Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, the Minister of Labour and Social Development, an event was held celebrating the International Day of Peace at the United Nations building in Hoora.
